The firm was established in 2002 as a faith-based law firm by the founder Lynn B. Aust. As a former flight attendant, her desire was to create a welcoming and attentive encounter with each client. The firm holds these values today and is determined to serve the community with courtesy and integrity.

We pray you and your family are well and weathering this time peacefully. Our office is closely monitoring the events surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are implementing the public health recommendations of our state and federal agencies.
The Aust Law Firm remains open and is continuing to practice safety measures to ensure our clients are comfortable and protected while visiting our office. We disinfect our office space before and after every appointment, require all clients and staff to wear face coverings, follow social distancing guidelines, and have reduced staff in the office.
We are always willing to accomodate your needs. Please let us know if we can make your visit to our office more comfortable for you and your loved ones. We can facilitate phone conferences, online meetings, and even offer document signings that allow clients to remain in their vehicle.
